Mountainside Fitness Mesa

I absolutely love this place! The people in staff are so friendly :-) Today was a great celebration of Dave's 97th birthday. He carried a hundred pounds 100 yd in the gymnasium with news crews in tow.

I joined mountainside a few months ago for their fitness classes. So far I have enjoyed the muscle class, high fitness, and Yoga. I really enjoy Megan Allen’s class in high fitness and surge. You can tell she enjoys what she does and keeps you motivated throughout the class. I’m also a newbie to Yoga and appreciate that all levels are welcome. The gym is clean and the women’s locker area is well kept. They have a steam room and a massage recovery chair that I have yet to use. The only complaint I would have is that when you book through the app to reserve your spot in the class, sometimes other people take your spot anyway. If there is enough room I don’t say anything because I don’t want to be petty- however, I do say something when the class is full and it looks like I may be out a spot. I think the instructors should help facilitate that people need to be courteous and aware of where they are at. I do like to be somewhat near the front to see so being stuck in the back is a bummer. Otherwise everything else is great!

I love this gym! The daycare staff is so friendly & im always motivated to go in after dropping off my kids. The gym is always kept clean & I love the protein smoothies as a post workout meal . Honestly if it wasn’t for this place I wouldn’t be as happy as I am! This is for sure my happy place 🏋🏽‍♀️😊

Phenomenal gym overall. It's always clean and the staff are very friendly. Management in daycare (Hailey) and the GM (Tyler) are both very professional and if you have children, I literally trust this daycare more than my own parents to watch my kids. Absolutely one of the best gyms and environments to be in!

Absolutely love it here! Childcare is phenomenal, my daughter is always so excited to come. The caregivers are friendly, attentive and always excited to see her too. The classes were a huge selling point for me and the instructors are amazing. If you’re thinking about starting a membership, do it!
